Frozen purees undergo no heat treatment, and therefore lose nothing in the way of nutritional value. Colour and texture are also well retained. Our frozen purees are available in the following packaging: 186 kg drums with blue polyliners, 14 kg pails, and 10 kg cartons with blue polyliners. Other packaging options may be available to customer request.

We are pleased to introduce our latest product innovation - "nuggets" of frozen puree. These nuggets are fruit or vegetable puree frozen into a cube, effectively producing IQF puree of consistent portion-size. Such portions are suitable for applications where it would be undesirable or impractical to defrost an entire drum or even a pail of puree. As the nuggets are made in a mould we can control the weight of each portion, allowing for consistency. Our packs of puree nuggets can be used in many meal-making applications, from smoothies to sauces and deserts; they enable just the right quantity of fruit puree to be added to the product mix.
